The Transportation, Logistics & Free Zones Summit 2023 was a two-day event held in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic on April 19, 2023. The event was organized by Revista Mercado, a leading business publication in the Dominican Republic.
The summit brought together over 300 attendees from the public and private sectors to discuss the latest trends and challenges in transportation, logistics, and free zones. Speakers included government officials, industry leaders, and experts from around the world.
As Rannik, we were present at this important event, which featured the participation of our Group President, Mr. Jeffrey Rannik, on the panel “Driving Innovation in the Supply Chain.” He highlighted the importance of development and talent attraction that is needed in this industry to further boost its growth.
The summit was a success in that it brought together key stakeholders from the transportation, logistics, and free zones sectors to discuss the future of the industry in the Dominican Republic. The event also helped to raise awareness of the importance of these sectors to the country’s economy.
